Kevin McCarthy ordination to the deconateKevin McCarthy (Philadelphia '80) was ordained to the diaconate on May 21, 2011 by Bishop Tomothy McDonnell at St. Michael's Cathedral in Springfield, Massachusetts. He was assigned to Blessed Sacrament Parish in Springfield. He was joined by his wife, and fellow FJV, Eileen Kirk (Philadelphia '80).

Kevin works as a school counselor at a large public school in Springfield.
