 Recruiting

 Colin, Recruiter

Colin recently finished his JV year as the Special Projects Coordinator at On Lok’s 30th Street Senior Center in San Francisco, California, where he worked primarily in the Home Delivered Meals and Activities Programs. Colin graduated from Fordham University in 2011, where he double majored in International Political Economy and Spanish and minored in Theology. He is originally from Westchester County, New York.

During his time at Fordham, Colin was deeply involved in Global Outreach, which first introduced him to JVC and the four values. Ultimately, his experiences with Global Outreach and other service organizations (LIFT, Un techo para Chile, and others) led him to his decision to join JVC following his graduation from college.
As a JV, Colin enjoyed working with elderly immigrant populations, and got the opportunity to serve in a remarkably unique and vibrant community in San Francisco. His experience there was marked by the tremendous amount of support he found in his community mates and in all of the people he came to know and love during his time in California.

In his spare time, Colin enjoys going to the beach, riding his bike, swimming, reading, traveling, and talking for hours.

Contact him at recruiting@jesuitvolunteers.org or 410-800-8126 to ask questions about JVC or set up an appointment.

Colin is on the road!  Check our calendar below to see when Colin will be in your neighborhood!
