This month, the Jesuits are celebrating the ordination of 20 new priests in the United States, Canada and Haiti, including one Former Jesuit Volunteer from JVC Northwest.
Daniel Spotswood, SJ discerned his vocation while serving on the Colville Indian Reservation in Omak, Washington where he taught religion and reading at a Native American elementary school. His year of service was a powerful confirmation of his vocation, and Fr. Spotswood entered the Jesuits in 2006.
Daniel is one of 42 FJVs who are members of the Society of Jesus.
