YOUR JVC TRANSITION TEAM IS HERE FOR YOU! As you prepare for your year of service, your JVC Transition Team will be on this journey with you! We're creating virtual spaces for you to connect with your fellow cohort, build community before Orientation, and start forming the bonds that will shape your JV experience. Along the way, we'll also provide topline informational sessions to help you feel prepared and supported as you take this next exciting step. Stay tuned—we can't wait to journey with you!
Orientation for the 2025-26 cohort will take place at Stony Point Center in Stony Point, NY August 15-19. JVs are responsible for booking their own travel to Orientation. JVC will take of travel to your placement cities after Orientation.

Hello Incoming JVs!
The Human Resources Department welcomes you. Beginning in May or shortly after you have been matched and signed your agreement, you will receive a message from our payroll/HRIS company called Paylocity. The email will include your username, JVC’s company code and a temporary password. You have a list of tasks to complete. Please check your emails and junk mail regularly just in case we have questions. If you do not receive this email, please message Anissa Rose at hr@jesuitvolunteers.org for assistance.
There are several more steps to JVC’s onboarding process which will come over the next few months. For this reason, we recommend completing these tasks as early as possible to prevent last-minute delays.
Those of you who have been notified that your position is AmeriCorps eligible will receive an email from jvcamericorps@jesuitvolunteers.orgseparately.
